What is your delivery lead time?
Most in-stock furniture orders leave our warehouses in 3-5 business days. Exact delivery times depend on your location or the carrier companies, over which we have no direct control. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, and if the shipping carrier has provided a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.
For backordered items, we will provide an estimated warehouse arrival date at the time of purchase whenever available. If there are any changes to that estimated arrival, we will notify you with updates.

Remote or less accessible locations may require additional time. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier schedules, weather, and seasonal volume. Guaranteed delivery is only available when specifically quoted and confirmed in writing.

No, we do not provide removal services for your old furniture. Customers must move/remove their existing furniture in order to prepare for delivery and installation.
