What are the Shipping Options? Who will deliver my order?

Parcel Delivery

Smaller items in small quantities will be shipped via parcel delivery services such as UPS or FedEx with the "no signature required" option.

Ground-Level Threshold Delivery

The larger items or large quantity orders will be delivered via freight companies. Your order is delivered to the first covered and accessible area of your property, such as a front entrance, lobby, or garage. Inside delivery, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.

Commercial Delivery

We use full truck load shipments (for large orders) or LTL freight companies to deliver your order to commercial buildings equipped with forklifts or loading/unloading docks.

White Glove Delivery

Our most comprehensive service. Your order is brought into your home, placed in your room of choice (up to two flights of stairs), unpacked, assembled, and all packaging debris is removed. A delivery appointment is scheduled in advance.

White Glove service may not be available in all areas.
